Use of antibiotics when not needed
So i was having some dierhhea in the beginning of this weekend and i accidentally took about 3 pills of penicillin for about 2 days and instantly right after i took the first pill i came down with a fever and a yeast infection in my private (male) I still have a fever as of today (Monday) which i stopped the penicillin on Saturday. what i'm worried about is i read that the antibiotic kills the good bacteria in your intestine and candida yeast can get through your intestine and into your bloodstream, there wasn't really much on that subject online besides it's a serious condition that spreads to organs eyes brian etc but leaky gut was almost the exact same thing but didn't seem so serious just maybe food allergies or something, please just inform me on correct information and how i go about this situation
