Use of enema for constipation
Is it safe to use enema kit at home for constipation without doctor consultation or medical help. If no what are the risks associated with it and what is the alternative for constipation cure other that the generic over the counter laxative medicines available.

If it is for you than at 39 age instead of taking enema and medicines best is take High fibre diet including fruits lot of liquid and light dinner. Daily walk of half an hour will help. If it is chronic consult a gastroenterologist.
