Is it fine to use V wash or other liquids available in market?how frequently can I use?Is it fine to sleep on stomach during periods considering I had two c-sections?

In true sense, no body knows about it. It is not medication, no trial was done. Its just product launched with new idea. What good or bad is in it, no body knows. Even After many years of use only general people can review it, as they are reviewing for soap, oil and powder. not any doctor.

Yes u can use v wash , everyday at the time of bath .
Do not apply it inside
U can sleep on stomach there is nothing specific for positioning after c section
