Use of Shilajit Gold and Vita Ex Plus
Good morning Doctor,
I have been taking Dabur's Shilajit Gold and Baidyanath's Vita Ex Plus for sometime now to improve General health as well as the sexual health. Please tell me if they are safe. And if they are not, please suggest me other medications/supplements for the above mentioned purpose.

Hello
In my opinion no supplements or medications are required for a normal individual. Any medicine wether herbal or modern has side effects if used without indication. Take proper diet and you don't need a supplement.
