Use of spectacle or not
I'm 22 years old.Recently diagonaised with
LE 0.00 SPH -.50CYL 10°AXIS
RE 0.00 SPH -.25CYL 170°AXIS
my doctor said me to use spectacle round the clock.
Can regular use of spectacle reduce my eye power???
due to my study I have lots of use my eye in book and computer...I have retinal hole in both eye. My eye sore after 30-40 min seeing blackboard.

Good morning
A. Your power is already very small...regular use of glasses will nit reduce this power..it will help you to see clear
B. You may study or use computer without fear as these are not associated with glass power
C. Sore eyes is suggestive of dryness...yiu can try cold compresses and use lubricating eyedrop
