Useless Hair growth. It my whole life.

I have hell lot of hairs everywhere in my body and those are very hard ones as compared to my scalp hair. For hands and legs i go for waxing but that's pretty painful and I can't imagine having it again and again. I also have really thick hairs in my genital area and some are spread even inside my genitals and because of which i get cuts in there while using razors as i can't imagine getting waxed there.. I feel like i m cursed or something. My husband wants me to get fully waxed and i don't want to bear the pain again and again, its awful.. Because of it we both aren't in talking terms with each other. Nevertheless I always wanted to get rid of hairs for ever or at least slower their growth without harming my scalp hair. Please let me know if there's some solution or do i need to bear with it my whole life. Thanks in advance.
