I've been experiencing constant sounds from stomach also upper abdomen pain 3-4 inches above the navel please help is there anything serious

This scan shows swelling of a part of your stomach, which is unusually seen on Ultrasound scan. Try to get an Endoscopy done or consult a Gastroenterologist for further management.
