USG PELVIS review
Pls refer n suggest. My rt ovary removed for ectopic pregnancy via laparatomy. I have shared my blood test reports too which was normal. Pls suggest if I can concieve and in what time? How should I plan? I am planning since 3-4months. Am I fertile now as my ovulation days going.

Follicle will rupture at 20 mm and you will be Fertile at that time. Right now the follicle is 13 mm
Next Steps
Do a ovulation detection kit with I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 of periods onwards

Continue Fol 123
Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once every night for three months
Avoid lifting weights and stress and travel
Avoid papaya and pineapple
