USG report of lower abdomen
Hello Doctor. Hope you are all doing well... My doctor asked for lower abdominal USG. Last year it shows that I had some necklace pattern like cyst so she told me to take normoz. This year she again asked for my usg. So here is my current USG report, I'm attaching. It showing marginally bulky ovaries with small follicles in both ovaries and a Dominant Follicle In the Left Ovary. Dominant follicle is the sign of ovulation? Does that mean I'm ovulating? Please help. Is that okay, i mean the report ??? Thank you..

Dominant follicle is a good sign but ovulation is documented only if dominant follicle grows at the rate of 1 mm per day and ruptures after it is more than 20 mm and then there is fluid in pouch of doughlas
