USG REPORTS PRAGYA CHAKRABORTY
Good Morning Doctor I'm attaching USG reports of my 6 yr old daughter diagnosed with about 8 mm sized solitary gall bladder calculus. She got urinary tract infection few days back and USG was recommended by doctor. Incidentally the GB stone has been detected. Is it possible to dissolve the stone using homeopathy treatment? We are worried of infection chances. But we don't want to go for surgery at this moment. What about sudden pain and emergency be managed? Is it advisable to go for simultaneous Homeopathy and Allopathic treatment? What are the timelines for cure using homeopathy?

I mean the size of the stone is unlikely to dissolve. The gold standard remains the removal of the gall stone surgically or by intervention if the patient is reluctant to undergo surgery- Gastroenterologist will take a call. Better earlier than late.
Next Steps
For the time being Erythrocin susp 2.5 ml 8 hrly for 2wks Esole granule 1 sachet po daily for 10 days may be given under the care of a paediatrician.
Health Tips
I am not aware of Homeopathy system and cannot comment on that
