Using contraceptive pill
I am using descon contraceptive pill on doctors recommendation for my PCOD issues but the day i started using the pill. I don't feel energetic enough to do work always feeling low low. It feels sleepy even after a walk that i should take rest. My body is always tired even in the morning also.

This can be due to gastritis caused by these hormone pills so take antacid and take pill at bed time. If still same see your gynaecologist and get medicine changed.
