Multiple fibroids are if not causing any symptoms like pain ,heavy bleeding, do not require any treatments.If menopause has started ,then absolutely no need of treatment of fibroids. Now nabothian folicals usually associated with chronic infection and it must be treated with anti inflammatory and antibiotics with local treatment.
