I have a few small uterine fibroids less than 2 cm in size and one fibroid less than 7 cm. I've been taking Fibroease 25 mg two times a day since July for the treatment of fibroids. From October I've started taking 25 mg once daily. Since July I didn't get my period. However since late September I started having frequent spotting and sometimes bleeding for a day or two. Is it possible to get pregnant while on this medication.

What is the main goal of your treatment, relief from bleeding, pain or desire to get pregnant ? because if you want to get pregnant then the fibroid which is 7 cm in size needs a definitive treatment ,Fibroease will not do justice
if relief from bleeding pain is what you are looking for ,and also want to prevent pregnancy then oral contraceptive pills will do a better job at maintaining cycle

Mifepristone (fibro ease) is used as an abortion inducing drug. In case you are planning pregnancy, your reports can be reviewed and different medications can be started. However if you need contraception, mifepristone is not enough. You need to use additional methods.
