Dear ,u consult gynaecologist then fallow accordingly .
If symptomatic have to remove .surgical intervention depends up on size and other pathology. Laproscopic or open both way surgery can be done .
U can get estimate of surgery in any hospital as treating doctor wl give u estimate so don't worry about cost and u can consult doctor and can take opinion and estimate

Myoma can refer specifically to a benign tumor of uterine muscle, also called a leiomyoma or a fibroid. Small, asymptomatic myomas are not treated. Unless you develop symptoms such as heavy bleeding, pain during sex and increased lower back pain in which case you will require surgical treatment which is by myomectomy or, if myomectomy is technically difficult, by hysterectomy. There are multiple hospitals in the UAE that does this procedure but the cost of the treatment varies from each hospital.
