The pelvic pressure, pressure in legs and feet, pain on the left side of stomach and lower back is likely due to the uterine fibroids. I would advise you to meet your gynecologist who will suggest medical treatment at first and on basis of your progress on medications, the option of surgery will be decided. As for the acne and sebum these steps may help: - Avoid greasy, oily, deep fried, junk food items, also avoid alot of sweets and items such as ghee. Have a low glycemic load diet. - Wash your face regularly with a Ph balanced face wash - Wipe your face with a clean cloth when oil accumulates. - Avoid touching your face regularly. Wash your hands properly before touching the face. - Take a zinc supplementation tablet which has shown to help with acne - Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids which are present in fish has shown to help - Reduce stress(yoga, meditate, sleep) - Exercise regularly(minimum 30mins/day cardio exercises) If the condition persists or worsens visit a dermatologist for your acne and sebum
