Left adenexa show a heterogeneous solid appearing SOL measuring 7.9*4.2 Cm.with few tiny specks of calcification within. Left ovary is not seen properly. Mild vascularity is seen within. This is the ultrasound scanning report

A LESION IS SEEN IN LF  ADENEXA N APPENDAGES. SLSO CALCIFICATION THAT IS NOT GOOD. LEFT OVARY NOT AT All VISIBLE. CONSULT A GYNACOLOGIST OR GENERAL SURGEON FOT SURGERY. OK
