Uti man .sand in kidney
My husband has uti with kidney sand. Hes 27 . The doctor told us it is because of sex and bacteria that lives in the vulva ? Is that right or there may be other reasons

That can be a possibility but not always 100% sure reason. Now to be clear that which organism has caused uti, a urine culture and sensitivity needs to be done . If there is any discharge, then also get urethral swab culture done as well. These tests should preferably be done before starting antibiotics .
