Recurrent uti from 1 year I had burning when urinating I have urine routine showed 8 to 10 hpf Urine culture with no growth no organism seen I had antibiotics course for 7 days Now I am ok My questions What should be next steps Is it serius issue

Have enough liquids all the time..if it recurs, then we wl do a ultrasound of kub..
