UTI (urinary tract infection) PUS CELLS
Sir my brother age is 26 and done kidney transplant now complete 2 years and pus cells is detected in urine 15 to 20 and and albumin count in urine is 30 mg dL i concerned our doctor it says one steroid cause albumin count in urine name wysolone 10 mg but they not says about pus cells i am very upset about this last time doctors gives some antibiotics but pus cells only lowers but not clean count so what to do please suggest me what to do need any test like urine culture or others.

Pus cells in transplant recipients very significant You can do URINE culture and sensitivity Renal function tests Consult nephrologist and Urologist as well
