Uvula elongated after aurgery
During surgery for pneumothorax they given general anesthesia due to which the uvula got elongated and creating trouble while eating drinking and speaking.

Please meet an ENT Surgeon in your city. A clinical examination to rule out post operative temporary loss of palatal muscle tone should be ruled out.
