My son( 3.5 months old) got vaccination for OPV-3, pentavalent-3,IPV-2,PCV-2.. He got this injection yesterday at 10am morning. After that he got a fever of 100 to 100.5f. We have given paracetamol (O.5ml) for each dose..we have given three times paracetamol from yesterday but still fever has not come.. Fever is always constant at 100.5 f.. A) What to do in such situations? B) How long after  vaccinations fever is supposed to be there?

You can continue Paracetamol drops for 48 hours after the vaccination and if fever does not improve then consult your pediatrician Sparking is generally not needed at this age but if done should be done with tepid water which means water at room temperature
