You can take the vaccine while you are breastfeeding. FOGSI federation of obstetrics & gynaecologist societies of India, promotes vaccination in both pregnant and breastfeeding mothers

Breastfeeding isn’t a contraindication to vaccination and since there are antibodies which you can pass through breastmilk to your child, I will advise getting the vaccine as per ICMR and CDC guidelines.
