I am feeling a vacuum in my left ear. I feel like I cannot hear properly with that ear. I use earbud to check if there is anything inside it but there is nothing. I also put some warm oil in order to get relief. But it's still the same. What could it be?

The problem is behind your eardrum, so no amount of oiling or greasing your ears will help you!
Use the Practo app on your smartphone to find a good ENT Specialist in your city and fix up an appointment to meet with the doctor.
Alternatively, you could use the same app to find me under ENT Specialist in Bangalore. Under my profile, you will find an option for direct Teleconsultation through Practo's secure VoIP servers where I can send you an e-prescription to resolve your problem.
