Asked for Female, 18 Years

I am asking for my girlfriend we started doing phone/sex since 3 month now her period didnt come this month and we are so scared that the reason might be her masturbation cause we do it almost daily additional-she is also stressed about her exams now her stomach and vagina is hurting her alot all time and still her period didnt hit another question please-if she goes to a doctor to check on her vagina will she be able to tell she is masturbating or not
