Vagina problem
Last week I had small spotting as well as some itching but the itching isn't on the outside of my vagina rather the inside. It went away and yesterday it was itching a little more than normal. This morning when I went to the restroom after waking up I noticed some brown color thing come out of me but I'm not sure if it was discharge or just dried up blood like when you get your period. This entire week I've been having vanilla color discharge that smells really sweet. I don't know if I should be concerned or could this just be my period coming? Last period came on march 7th.

I think u should consult Gynecologist for further treatment plan. Complete examination necessary to diagnose problem. Mostly u have vaginitis. But it should be confirmed by examination.

First of all difficult to diagnose any problem on incomplete history and without examination. Most likely u may be getting periods. But lot of history is lacking. Are u taking hormones in the form of oral contraceptive pills? If any discharge is causing itchiness, this need to be examined. Are you diabetic? As sweet smell of discharge??
