Vaginal and Urinary Irritation
I have been having extreme urinal irritation and vaginal irritation for the past 3 days. There is a constant urge to pee, but not much urine is passed. There is a constant burning sensation which heightens during peeing. Vaginal itching is also prevelant and there is yellow vaginal discharge. I am sexually active and had unprotected sex recently. However my partner is not showing any signs of discomfort.

You have got urinary tract infection or vaginal infection.Get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity of the urine.With reports meet to me because I am in Hyderabad.
