For the past 2 months, I've bled in the middle of my pill (rivigedon) cycle. This month, the bleeding started after sex. I am not due to have my break for another 10 days.

Hi, you need to get examined thoroughly for break through bleeding. And to find out reason. Treatment will totally depend on cause of bleeding.
