Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hello all , 6 months back I was taking Ciplar for anxiety . After taking the medicine I got vaginal bleeding once which stopped soon . Then now , I am taking Amoxiclav 625mg and Chymoral Forte for Cervical swelling which is tender ( Prescribed by ENT ) . Today again I have vaginal bleeding . I am really scared . My gynaec told me to do Pap smear . Can it be cervical cancer ? This is the second time I have got bleeding after taking a medicine
