I have vaginal bleeding after 2 days of completion of my menses due to inserting my own fingure for sexual desire ..i have not sexual intercourse and my menstrual cycle is regular

May be forceful activity or done immediate after menstruation.If bleeding is still there consult to gynecologist for further details.
