Vaginal Bleeding - My Wife Has Delivered A Baby On 15 Jan 21

My wife has delivered a baby on 15 Jan 21 through c section. We have started intercourse after 3 months of that. But whenever we do, vaginal Bleeding starts after 1 day or few hours of intercourse. Please suggest some treatment.
