Vaginal discharge

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I have been dealing with bad vaginal discharge for a couple of years, I did a test and it was confirmed yeast infection , I was given treatment and for like more than a week I was better but right after the discharge started and seems to have worsened as the smell is more terrible than before. I think I control the itching as i rarely have itches down there due to the almost military hygiene i adopted but still the smell from the discharge is worse
