Vaginal discharge, pain during toilet

I have to go to toilet every hour. And feeling pain during toilet. My vagina remains wet most of time since last few days. I am married since feb 2017. What to do get relieve from pain?

I think you are having urinary tract infection.Get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity of the urine.With reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for this.Drink plenty of water.
