Asked for Female, 30 Years

Does vitamin deficiency cause vaginal dryness and my serum anti mullerian hormone is 1.42ng/ml. Serum prolactin is 12.5ng/ml im having vaginal dryness and having discomfort during intercourse nd still no kids my hsg report shows small right hydrosalpinx and left cornual block versus spasm

Hello..... It's not vitamin deficiency ,estrogen deficiency causes vaginal dryness ,use vaginal cream, your serum prolactin is within normal... You can use disposable vaginal ring, tablets or cream ,consult gynecologist in the nearest hospital......
