Vaginal itching
Age 22 years ,unmarried , suffering from excessive unbearable vaginal itching without any blisters or ringworm from 1.5 years.Entire part has become red and so many cuts due to itching . kindly suggest the best medicine which can cure it permanently .I have used allopathic medicine but they didn't worked

Hi, you have mentioned as unbearable vagina itching without any visible skin disease, its called Idiopathic Pruritis, that means you get itching without any proper cause, most probably this affects moist parts like vagina, anus etc inspite of maintaining proper hygeinic measures, as there disturbance in the body in maintaining proper ph levels in the secretions to keep the part healthy, so there is either raise or downfall in the ph levels and skin either becomes dry or wets more, as a result the skin of that part irritates often without any external rash and you feel like itching and scratching very often and on doing so there develops blisters, rash, cuts, erethema etc, etc.. sometimes even burning and bleeding, its mainly due low immune levels...
Allopathic drugs lower itching for a period of time and may heal the rash and all on external applications but the healthy balance in the secretions cannot be restored to its nrml from those medicines.

It can be because of infection. Do the following--
1. you maintain high grade of personal hygiene.
2. Do change your undergarments at least 2 times a day
3. Wear cotton underclothes.
