Vaginal tags which are the size of pinheads are generally left alone;larger ones can cause irritation and lead to redness,itching and more tags. You also have to differentiate tags from other common skin conditions in the area like genital warts. Will be useful to see your local gynecologist. Tags are easy to remove with cryosurgery , scissors,cauterizing. If the patient is obese, skin tags or acrochordons may indicate diabetes. Otherwise, easy to treat. Hope this helps.
