Valve leak
Attached my mom's Echocardiogram. Doctor said we might have to go for surgery. Could you please assist. Don't understand what this report means. Also, what all options do we have?

Hi, echocardiogram shows severe aortic regurgitation. She may need valve replacement if left ventricle is dilated or symptomatic and depending upon other parameters.

follow up with cardiologist and cardiac surgeon.
