Varicocele detected in right testis
I had varicocele surgery on left testis
Now after 6 years varicocele is detected in right testis
I had ct scan but there was no tumor detected of pancreas or kidney
Sir what must be the issue ,should i need to do any other test
Moreover the testis doesnt cause any regular disconfort

Get semen examination done.if there is no abnormality and no discomfort,mild to moderate degree of varicocele may just be followed up.if any abnormality detected in semen repeatedly,it should be corrected.loose clothing ,avoiding tight underwear,is also advisable
