Varicocele grade 3
Recently I got pain under my belly bottom and balls . Scanning reports came as varicocele grade 3 on right and grade 2 left ball. I am getting pain on my right ball when I wear tight pants and underwear or sit in a tight place ( office /bus ) for a long time. Please help me .. I don't want to undergo surgery .
