I had undergone varicocele surgery 5 yrs back..now the pain has started again.please suggest some medicine for relieve

You should take Scrotal support, whenever in standing posture or walking.
Also you should undergo an Ultrasound & Colour doppler evaluation of both Testis to rule out any recurrence.
