Dear , if u are in initial stage ,diet modification and fallowing your treating doctor opinion ,excercise ,life style change wl help u,
Finally if ur problem worsen then u can go for laser surgery or open surgery for varicose veins but if fallow your doctor no need of all those things

dont be in same posture for long time ,like standing for long time or seating , dont bare more weight , dont put on your weight , keep healthy diet , use stocking for more hrs standing work ,dont use stocking while sleeping

These following lifestyle changes could help you control the condition:
- Avoid standing for long periods, take regular breaks from standing
- Use compression stockings as it gives relief and helps in control of varicose veins by improving the circulation.
- Exercise regularly by doing exercises such as walking
- Maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI
- Do not sit with the legs crossed
- While you sit or sleep, keep your feet raised on a pillow
