Varicose veins
My mother facing an swelling in leg, pain and veins can be seen nowadays we are thinking it's a Varicose veins can I please have a suggestion

If the diagnosis is Vericose veins , stokings are available. These stokings should be worn during daytime and to be removed at night. This will give relief.

U have to confirm if it is varicose vein.. meet a general surgeon for the examination and colour Doppler scan for the affected limb if required.. treatment is based on the degree of varicose veins.. first degree or second degree can be managed with using below knee or above knee stockings and sclerotherapy depending on the veins.. should avoid prolonged standing, avoid sitting with crossed legs... Consult vascular surgeon or general surgeon for the treatment

Get bilateral lower limb Venous Doppler to confirm the diagnosis of Vericose Venes and then treat it accordingly.
