I've had the following symptoms that started about 3-4 months ago, have been persistent, and are gradually worsening: - severe constipation - bloating - loss of appetite, fill up quickly - stopped menstrual periods - overall fatigue, whole body weakness, getting winded quickly - recently had blood in urine

Hello there. I can understand your concern. .as of now you can start taking a tab. Pantosec-D twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. .tab. unienzyme thrice a day after food for 3 days. Tab. Laxidyl two tablets in the night before bed for 5 days. Have a high fiber diet. Drink plenty of fluids. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
