Is vericocele surgery is must for fertility improvement in men. I just want to know the pros and cons of going for hydrocele& vericocele surgery at a time.

Varicocele is a surgery done to take out the blocked seminiferous tubular that which help in acting as bridge to carry sperms then it is a must to get it done. Orelse the pain would be excruciating.
Hydrocele surgery is done to reduce the selling by extracting the fluid collected in the scrotum around the testis and a route is made to drain out all the fluid to avoid fluid accumulation.
