Dizzy, head spin, nausea. False falling. Spinning while changing head position. Diagnosed with Vertigo. But no maneuvers given. Only medication.

You seem to be suffering from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo which is a common type of vertigo disorder. Confirmation of diagnosis is made by dix Hallipike maneuver and if confirmed treatment is made by Epley maneuver. Medications are not very useful
