Vertigo,vomiting,giddiness prblm
My mother prblm she is high bp patient bt it's controlled by medicinebt after some time,they suddenly fall down bcs of MRI shows diffuse disc bulges causing indentation over anterior thecal sac no nerve roots compression at c4-c5 level,bt posterior disc herniation seen in L4-L5 level causing bilateral existing nerve root compression or also MRI for brain shows changes in small vessels of ischemic heart disease at paraventricular white matter involve plz suggest the condition how can I help mom?

For the disc bulge you mentioned.... Physiotherapist will help to get rid of pain or problems associated with it. There are exercises to cure vertigo. That a Physiotherapist doctor can teach your mother. For the changes in vessels I feel increase omega 3 rich diet or add its supplements. Omega 3 is a brain food and keeps the arteries/vessels clear.
