Apply icepack for 20min morning, after work and before bed or every 2/3hrs
Keep neck relaxed, elbow and hand supported while working on desk.
Break at every 30min
Avoid using mobile,laptop for long time and also stop carrying bag and any exertion. Keep low back supported and straight while sitting.
Visit a Physio if not getting relieved immediately.
