Very dry and combination skin
Sir,my skin is very dry and tough and because of it I can't apply even a white tone powder because when I apply that then my face looks very dirty and ugly as white spots seen on face so I have to apply any moisturizer and when I apply moisturiser my face becomes black sir please suggest me what to use to get very soft and smooth face permanently

In order to decide the right lotin for your skin, it needs to be examined because normally the skin should not turn black by using a moisturiser. Also if it is very dry and tough there could be some underlying disease or a problem which could be aggravating it and we cannot ascertain the cause without proper examination. Get an online consult or meet a dermatologist directly for a proper evaluation of the condition. Hope this was helpful.
