Very High fever and loose motion
He has 102-104 degree fever with
frequent loose motion..He vomitted too...It started with mild fever and loose motion..weight is 15 kgs...please advice

If vomiting came afterwards with persisting fever I think it's some infective focus other than bowels....parenteral diarrhoea
