Very high TSH
Im 29 years old. Right now i have 216.21 tsh level and T3 & T4 are normal. Doctore givem to me 50mg thyronorm to have daily but could u please suggest me my position , which food i have in future.?? How it will come normal stage..???

You have hypothyroidism. The blood tests will become normal once you are on right dose of thyroxine. I usually recommend 1.6mcg per kg thyroxine with which I would expect TSH to normalise in 4weeks
