Very weak muscles & sight

Asked for Male, 37 Years

My brother has developed this over years and we haven't really shown it the doctor yet, however we have taken him to eye doctors due to the reduction in eyesight but they're not able to diagnose and only look for ways to charge. He's very dull and lethargic, has very weak muscles and grasp. We don't know what to do.

dear friend please take him to a Physician , e may be suffering form many possible conditions from elevated blood sugar to a myasthenia gravis which is quite likely in his case a physician will be able to point you in the right direction, also please understand apart from clinical examination most of the time there are investigations needed they are not to earn money , i am answering your question free of charge and you are in a different city all together , please do not mistrust a doctor he /she is there to help not only earn money, one at times needs to spend money to get results
